Responsibilities –

 

·         Effectively handle assay development & allied activities :

o    Develop and validate bio-chemical and cell based assays independently as per client requirement

o    Maintain a record of day to day experimental activities in ELNB

o    Data analysis of experimental outcomes under supervision

o    Liaise with service engineers (external) to ensure that laboratory equipment are in working condition

o    Draft SOPs for Bio-chemical and cell based assays

o    Support team in delivery of client based FTE/FFS projects as required

·         Ensure safety at work :

o    Follow safety SOPs defined for cell culture

o    Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.

 

·         Maintain records, data integrity :

o    Maintain strict data integrity and adhere to related policies.

 

·         Ensure skill development of self & team:

o    Enhance knowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning

o    Focus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedback discussion with manager
