Scope of the Role

MarketingStrategy & Execution:

·    Lead the creation and implementation ofcomprehensive strategies to elevate Aragen’s CRO offerings in the market.

·    Collaborate with technical teams (R&D,Discovery, Development, and Manufacturing) to gather deep insights andtranslate complex scientific capabilities into clear, market-orientedmessaging.

·    Develop content plans (whitepapers, case studies,presentations) that spotlight our unique selling propositions (USPs) andsuccessful project outcomes.

·    Ensure consistency in marketing materials,campaigns, and messaging across multiple channels (digital, print, events,etc.), reflecting Aragen’s brand and objectives.

Cross-FunctionalEngagement:

·    Act as a bridge between the Marketing, Commercial,and Technical teams, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment on projectobjectives.

·    Partner with Business Development Leaders tosupport go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotionalcampaigns.

·    Identify content gaps in showcasing serviceofferings, working with both technical experts and content teams to fill thesegaps.

·    Work closely with MC member in charge of service line as well as BUHeads and other senior leaders to understand priority and provide actionableplans back to the Operational Unit. This role will require closel working withthe Chief Commercial Officer as well.

 

 

PerformanceAnalysis:

·    Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance,tracking key metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI).

·    Use data-driven insights to refine positioningstrategies and suggest improvements to better reach target segments.

·    Prepare regular performance reports highlightingsuccesses, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.

BrandManagement:

·    Ensure brand consistency across all marketingcollateral, emphasizing Aragen’s scientific excellence, flexibility, and proventrack record.

·    Showcase Aragen’s thought leadership by curatingand developing high-impact case studies, whitepapers, and other industry-facingcontent.

·    Collaborate on event participation (conferences,webinars, etc.) to reinforce Aragen’s presence and reputation in the CRO space.

 

RequiredSkills and Qualifications

Education:

·    Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline(e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences).

·    Post-graduate degree/MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience:

·    5–8 years of combined experience intechnical/scientific roles and marketing roles within the CRO, life sciences,or related industries.

·    Proven ability to translate complex scientificconcepts into compelling marketing messages.

·    Demonstrated success in developing B2B marketingstrategies and content for global audiences.

TechnicalSkills:

·    Strong understanding of drug discovery,development, and manufacturing processes.

·    Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, andcontent management platforms.

·    Ability to interpret market data and competitoranalyses to inform strategic decisions.

SoftSkills:

·    Exceptional communication (written and verbal) andstorytelling abilities.

·    Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

·    Collaboration and influencing skills to workeffectively with cross-functional teams.
