Scope of the Role

Leadership& Team Management:

·     Lead,mentor, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.

·     Recruit, onboard,train, and develop inside sales representatives to meet organizationalstandards.

·     Setindividual and team performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensuregrowth and alignment.

·     Create anopen, collaborative environment to foster effective communication and teamwork.

SalesStrategy & Execution:

·     Developand execute outreach strategies to support lead-generation targets and pipelinegeneration for the commercial team.

·     Researchpotential accounts in the pharma, biotech, crop protection, and relatedindustries using tools such as LinkedIn, GlobalData, and ZoomInfo.

·     Design andexecute customized email campaigns and multichannel follow-ups to engageprospects.

·     Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop industry-specific collaterals,presentations, and brochures.

·     UtilizeSalesforce CRM and other automation tools to manage leads, track progress, andstreamline processes.

CustomerRelationship Management:

·     Act as thefirst point of contact for prospect inquiries, presenting Aragen's serviceofferings persuasively.

·     Build andnurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-termengagement.

·     Coordinatemeetings between prospects and business development representatives forseamless transitions.

OperationalExcellence:

·     Continuouslyoptimize inside sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·     Ensure CRMsystems are up-to-date with accurate forecasting and reporting.

·     Provideadministrative support for business development teams and communicate customerfeedback to relevant departments.

PerformanceReporting:

·     Deliverweekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the leadership team.

·     Leveragedata analytics to identify trends, improve strategies, and drive revenuegrowth.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications

Education:

·     Bachelor’sdegree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), or a related field.

·     MBA inMarketing or a related specialization is highly desirable.

Experience:

·     5-8 yearsin inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

·     Provenexpertise in domestic and international sales, including upselling andcross-selling.

TechnicalSkills:

·     Proficiencyin Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools.

·     Experiencewith data analytics for decision-making and process optimization.

SoftSkills:

·     Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities.

·     Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills.

·     Leadershipcapabilities with a focus on team building and mentorship.

·     Analyticalmindset with a high level of attention to detail.
