Intellectual Property (IP) at Aragen is bulwarked by four protective layers: philosophy, culture, technology, and the workplace.

Together, they give our partners the highest level of confidence that their information is secure.

Philosophy

• We collaborate, not compete: all business at Aragen is service based, with no competing interest
• We have no internal programs: we do not undertake our own discovery programs, nor have equity stake in other companies or assets
• We are not pharma owned: our promoters have no other pharma facing business interests outside of Aragen

Culture

• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), code of conduct: All employees are required to sign a NDA, and abide by a code of conduct that emphasizes the importance of IP
• Training: Every employee receives regular training on IP and data integrity
• NDA Renewal: NDA is renewed annually, serving as a yearly reminder of Aragen’s desired code of conduct

Technology

• Forcepoint data leak prevention: Minimizes human-centric risk with visibility and control wherever the data resides
• MDM solution: Eliminates data leaks through smart mobile devices
• Highly Secure Datacenter: Automated systems and backups, ensure data integrity

Workplace

• Access controlled laboratories: Dedicated laboratories for clients ensure that only staff working on the collaboration have access
• Mobile free zones: Enforcement of pre-designated mobile free zones (example: laboratories) minimize risk of structural information being copied
• E Lab Notebooks (ELNs): Using Aragen designed and/or customer recommended ELNs ensures minimal information present on paper, thereby protecting IP, and improving data integrity
• eCule mobile app: Only company in India where structural information and orders can be exchanged through a highly secure, Aragen developed, eCule app, eliminating any email or paper trail
• SAP system:  All core operational functions are homogenized through a central ERP function
